wonderful experience
Have been to the premier le reve multiple times it is in my opinion the best hotel in hurgada from top level staff to all waiters and bar staff rooms are cleaned daily to a very good standard if you have a problem the customer services will sort it out immediately will be going back again in September

My stay at this hotel was absolutely awesome. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my accommodation.
Location: The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and services.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming, creating a perfect environment for a comfortable stay.
Rooms: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant experience.
Value: The hotel offers excellent value for money, with high-quality service and facilities.
Cleanliness: Everything was spotless and very well maintained throughout my stay.
Noise Level: The environment was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful and relaxing stay.
Service: The service was exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Khaled Helmy, who was always available to support us, answer our questions, and share information about the daily activities. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
Amenities: The hotel's amenities were excellent, well maintained, and contributed greatly to the overall comfort of our stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding accommodation experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Our 3rd 5 star holiday at this resort. Excellent from start to finish.. A big thank you to Mohamed Hefny on reception for his time and work on sorting our luggage and transport issues out for us , nothing to do with hotel but he really got on with our problems and sorted them out, Promptly and with the minimum of fuss.. Food , room , pools , sunbeds , all spot on.. The resort is the cleanest I've ever been to very high standards here.. Salah in gym is excellent at his job , respectful and knowledgeable.. Abdullah our room cleaner did a great service every day.. Pool service by Carlos , Kamah ,Mousa , Hatem, Abdo ,Rafaat, and others again 5 star.. Our servers Diaa , Bassem, Abdel, and Mustafa on eggs the best service all the time.. Adam & Hassan , lobby drinks very attentive and polite . Can't remember everyone but we never had such good service from a resort..... Mr F the general manager always around to talk to ... Mondays bbq definitely a great extension to the dining experience along with Gala & Passion nights.. We did 5 of the al a cartes all spot on food and service.. We will definitely be there next year again.. Big thanks to all at PLR for making our hols superb..
Hotel and food fantastic
Great food and hotel was very clean. Staff were lovely. Only gripe would be people vapeing in the no smoking pool area and the duo femal singers in the evening were appalling.
