Greatest experience ever
The perfect place to stay, Amazing service, very luxurious experience and EVERYONE is so nice, food is exceptional and the beach is great. Literally the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. The chef and restaurant manager are a delight, the animation team is great and exciting and they always do shows and plans for the guests
Perfect stay
This hotel is perfect in every way, location, service, facilities, family atmosphere but the staff is the best is part. The team managed by Mr. Ahmed in restaurant is excellent, their food service is fast, smooth, precise always accompanied by a smile and a pleasant attitude. Let me to highlight work of Ahmed Mustafa and Khaled from the front part of restaurant and Mohammed Yousef from the back part. They are the best! The perfect job was also done by housekeeping under supervision of Mr. Dahy and the front desk Mr. Hosem. They do their jobs brilliantly, making this a hotel we’ve loved returning to for several years now.

A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Clean Rooms
My stay at Old Palace Sahl Hasheesh, in Room 1036, was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mohamed at the reception and Ahmed at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
A special thanks to the houseman responsible for my room for keeping it clean and tidy. The cleanliness and attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable.
Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely love to visit again!
