From the very first moment, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The room was clean and well organized, and the cleanliness of all the public areas was excellent.
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire team for their hard work and continuous attention to cleanliness and room organization. It is the small details that make a big difference and make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to visiting the hotel again soon.

.It was my first visit to Egypt, and it was a truly beautiful and memorable experience. I’m very happy that I chose Old Palace Sahl Hasheesh for my stay. The hotel is clean and well organized. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the public areas and restaurant were also very clean and pleasant. The Housekeeping team was friendly, respectful, helpful, and paid great attention to detail. Thank you to all the hotel staff for the warm welcome, care, and excellent service. I hope to visit Egypt again, and I will definitely return to Old Palace Sahl Hasheesh.
