One of the Best Resorts in Soma Bay
We just returned home today after an amazing holiday, and we truly had a wonderful experience. My wife, my son, and I absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the food was delicious with a huge variety to suit every taste, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The animation team did an excellent job keeping both adults and children entertained throughout our stay. What made our vacation even more special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We stayed in Room 1119 from 11 July to 16 July, and everything exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back again as soon as possible. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Soma Bay

We had an amazing stay at Seven Seas Jolie, and we would especially like to thank the beach lifeguards Salah, Sherif, and Ataa.
They were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every day they greeted us with a smile, made sure the beach area was safe and well organized, and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude, kindness, and genuine care for the guests made our beach experience even more enjoyable.
Salah, Sherif, and Ataa are a real asset to the hotel. Their hard work, dedication, and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you for helping make our holiday so relaxing and memorable. We look forward to seeing you again on our next visit!

We had an amazing holiday at Seven Seas Jolie Bay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the rooms were comfortable, and the pools and beach were perfect for relaxing. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always smiling, which made us feel welcome from the very first day.
A very special thank you goes to David from Guest Relations. He was simply invaluable throughout our entire stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to our holiday. No matter what we needed, David was always available, proactive, and made sure everything was perfect. He truly goes above and beyond for every guest and is a real credit to the hotel.
Because of people like David, our vacation was stress-free and unforgettable. We highly recommend Seven Seas Jolie Bay to anyone looking for excellent service, great hospitality, and a wonderful place to relax. We will definitely be back!

Worst hotel ever.
Ultra inclusive? Well if you never saw any hotel, maybe you can call it all inclusive.
But note that AC is not included. Good service is not included. Good food is not included. Good drink is not included. Good room is not included.
Everything else is included: Like funny size pizza, if you can call it a pizza. Very hot room without AC is included. Reception that doesn't do anything when you escalate the issues. So all bad things are included, all good things missed.
Never spent time/money/energy on this hotel! Even if someone gave you a gift to have a rest in this hotel, remember it's not a gift it's a suffering.
Good luck choosing any hotel, besides of this one, as with this one luck will not help, as they do everything to have the worst hotel.

Best Price to performance ♥️
Hi, we stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. The hotel was sufficient for us and the sea was very close; the sea is shallow, not for swimming, but clean and ideal for children. The pool would need renovation, but as a big plus, I would consider the cooler water in the pool which surely refreshes. The slides operate four hours a day, which is enough. The main thing I would recommend this hotel for is the food with the outdoor grill and, above all, the incredible helpfulness of the staff... also the animation programs and evening events... if you are looking for a hotel with a good price-to-performance ratio... this is it ♥️
