Fantastic hotel
After a delay at the airport we arrived at our hotel at 11pm to check-in,greeted with friendly staff,our room was ready but before being taken to our room we were shown to the restaurant for food and drinks,which was nice after a long day travelling. Our room was lovely and clean,very big room with sea view as requested. The only negative thing with our room was the TV, it only had 1 English channel and the picture quality wasn't that good,it wasn't a smart TV so couldn't download Netflix etc.. The food restaurants had a great selection for all nationalities,the alcoholic drinks were also great but very strong,they don't measure here. All the staff here from checkin, bar staff, pool staff, beach staff,waiters, life guards, spa staff,made our holiday very relaxing, friendly, we were treated like royalty, couldn't ask for more.The beach is very clean,water is crystal clear and we found the snorkling was amazing, with so many different species of fish to see,there's plenty of sun loungers on the beach and pool side so never had a problem getting one. All in all this hotel is fabulous. Guest relation staff David and his colleague were exceptionally helpful going above and beyond to help us with a situation (not related to the hotel) fantastic experience and holiday will definitely holiday there again.

2-3* not 5* and horrible corridors
There’s good, and there’s bad. First off; in no way can this be considered a 5* resort hotel, it’s probably 2*-3*. The hotel frontage and reception belies the rooms (tired) and the hallways (think what a soviet era hotel hall might look like). Finding one’s room is challenging at first and doesn’t get much easier. There are good things: friendly staff, pretty good food and a beach and pool that’s ideal for young families.
