Amazing trip
The application that i reserved on it it was very respectable and has credibility vio.com.. when i arrived the hotel told me to pay extra money for the different nationality i am Egyptian and after 2 hours negotiations and arguments the make discount for us 50% and the vio.com paid for me what i paid extra for hotel.......over all except this experience the hotel is very perfect in food and services and cleaning

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Xanadu Makadi Bay
We stayed at Xanadu Makadi Bay from 8th to 13th July, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt the excellent hospitality and great service from the whole team.
The management was amazing, and the chef was outstanding. Our original booking was a Family Room with a garden view, but we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning sea and pool view. A special thank you to Mr. Ibrahim from the Reception team for this wonderful gesture.
A big thank you also to Hany Abdullah from Housekeeping. He is a very professional and talented person who made our room more beautiful every day with his creative touches. He really made a big difference in our stay and helped make our holiday unforgettable.
We enjoyed everything: the amazing Aqua Park, the beautiful sandy beach, the great facilities, and the warm hospitality. Our family of four (my husband, our two children, and I) had a fantastic time and created beautiful memories.
Thank you Xanadu Makadi Bay team for making our vacation so special. We will definitely come back again! ❤️

Wonderful holiday
This is my fourth visit to this hotel since the day it opened. Development. A facility that develops and expands a little more each year. With the Xanadu Club section also coming into play this year, everything has become much more compact and accessible. When you step out of your room, everything is within a maximum of two minutes' distance: the sea, the pool, the bar, the patisserie, or places to eat. The facility's most significant feature is its ability to appeal to families with children, young people, honeymooners, and older adults alike. Activities and services catering to everyone's tastes are available throughout the day. The pools are checked daily, and the sea is crystal clear; the water doesn't get deep suddenly, so your child can swim safely. The hotel's private beach features coral reefs, making it ideal for snorkeling and diving. The wide variety of fish and corals in diverse colors is fascinating. I absolutely loved the club with the Scottish design that opened this year. Unlike those stuffy, musty underground discos often found next to spas, this place makes you feel like you are in a high-quality nightclub. You can sense the effort every employee puts in, asking themselves, "What more can I do for your satisfaction?" You can experience Turkish, international, and local Egyptian flavors during your meals. The seventh day of our vacation with my spouse and daughter... We are here today, and we are already looking forward to next year's vacation. The only downside I can mention about the hotel is that, no matter how many days your vacation lasts, it will never be enough; you won't want to go home. A part of your mind and heart will undoubtedly remain here...
Multiple family members became seriously ill with gastroenteritis during our stay. Very disappointing experience.

I loved the towel art from our camerist Mohamed Nasr and the chef s cooked amazing food and everything was perfect ! I would like to say that the shutle drivers we re amazing as well as everyone else
