I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Alaa El-Din Ashry, the former and current manager of Serenity Fun Hotel, who played a pivotal role in introducing us to this hotel and ensuring our return for the fifth consecutive year. Room.... My booked room was an Executive Sea View Room. It was an excellent room; the furniture was comfortable, clean, and tastefully furnished. The room was easily accessible from several directions and offered a breathtaking panoramic sea view. This is thanks to Mr. Mohamed Awais, the Rooms Division Manager, who demonstrates exceptional efficiency and shines year after year. He is adept at handling any problem and is always ready to resolve any obstacle, whether related to his department or others. He strives to resolve all issues, be they related to the room, the internet, or the food. He is a multi-talented manager with diverse administrative skills and a true driving force.
Housekeeping Mr. Mohammed is also the Housekeeping Manager, and Mr. Ahmed, the cleaning supervisor in the room, is a wonderful, respectful, and trustworthy person, and a good listener to the guest's request. He was a very comfortable person.who is responsible for housekeeping, is equally competent. food... I would like to mention that the food is very varied, delicious, and of excellent quality. I extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ahmed alsayed, the Restaurant Manager, who helped bring together this wonderful group of restaurant managers.

I would also like to express my deep gratitude to Mr. Mohammed Yahya, the manager of the Baroco Churrascaria Brazilian Restaurant. He is a kind and courteous person who welcomed us warmly and with exceptional hospitality, provided us with a thorough explanation of the menu, and demonstrated a commitment to delivering the highest standards of food and service.

I would also like to thank Mr. Walid, the manager of Baywatch Restaurant, and Chef Arabi for their outstanding efforts in providing excellent breakfast and dinner service, delicious food, impeccable cleanliness, and a friendly smile, as well as all the staff.

I would also like to thank Chef Hossam, who is responsible for food quality at the Qasr Al Bahia Restaurant; the food served was excellent. The resort is lovely. At the moment, there’s a bit of work going on here and there to bring the grounds up to scratch and refurbish the rooms. I stayed in one of the newer rooms, which was beautifully designed. The reef right by the beach is stunning, with a huge variety of corals and fish. However, you can’t go straight into the sea from the beach to swim. You have to walk across a jetty to swim there alongside the snorkellers and divers. The entertainment team also goes out of their way to keep guests in good spirits. I’d particularly like to mention Ammar here. Unfortunately, I injured myself early on in the holiday, and he kept a close eye on me for the rest of the holiday to ensure I was included as much as possible despite my injury. The only thing I’d have to complain about would be the many vendors who repeatedly try to sell various items by the pools and on the beach. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this holiday to my friends.
