Bad hotel and there is nothing good inside it. There are many managers there who do not know anything about management and tourism. There is also a general manager there who just sits and eats and does not understand anything about tourism and management.

Wonderful vacation
1st the hotel is good and animation team is great and friendly wonderful vacation and i will recommend the hotel to second vacation , thanks for Safy for understanding our request , thanks for Mr. Asem in reception very helpful , room service very helpful and very friendly

Not happy nor unhappy. Would not consider this hotel a 5 star.
Let me start by saying I've only ever been to one other all inclusive resort in my life. That being said I'll try to write this review from a neutral standpoint and give you my insights after staying in Prima Life Makadi resort.
Upon our arrival, we were shown to reception where we were supposed to check in and get set. Two people standing there at the time, after about 10 minutes problem solving and looking for our booking (papers with vouchers and booking nr. were provided by me directly upon arrival) we finally got to go to our room. One receptionist said we could get drinks in the lobby bar after our travels, it was 4am so we figured why not. After leaving our baggage we headed towards the bar, yet nobody was there. After some time the bartender arrived, we ordered our drinks and sat down. Upon finishing we went to ask for more drinks. Bartender got rude and asked angry why we didn't order two drinks each first time he was there, not very pleasant way to be spoken to.
Breakfast and lunch/dinner in the main restaurant were great all throughout the stay, from omelette stations where you could pick what you wanted to the grill outside food court.
A la carte restaurants were not that good, fish restaurant that required booking served same food you could find in main food court.
Beach was lovely, sandy and warm so no complaints there. Sunbeds were available at all times and two bars servicing people there were working fast.
All in all I cannot give this hotel 5 stars, in my eyes our stay lacked service and professionalism that 5 star hotel should provide. Some personnel were rude and angry while others tried their best.
We will not consider coming back here unfortunately, hopefully this review is fair in the eyes of the hotel and they make some adjustments.
Very nice animators
Hotel very clean, bathrooms and rooms cleaned regularly and the rooms are cozy and quite new. Food equally good and quite a large selection of meat and grilled dishes for dinner. As for the animators, especially nice, cheerful and smiling were: Federica, Regina, Ahmed and the guy called mickey.
