A wonderful relaxing stay
We had a really lovely stay at JAZ Neo Saraya Palms. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The gardens and pool areas are very well maintained, and the whole resort feels comfortable and welcoming.
The staff were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always willing to assist with a smile. The service really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our holiday.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was also very good, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from, and we especially enjoyed the quality and taste of the food.
The hotel is a little away from the beach, but the shuttle service makes it easy to get there, and we never found this to be a problem.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday at JAZ Neo Saraya Palms. It is a great place if you are looking for a calm, comfortable and friendly hotel in Makadi Bay. We would happily come back again and would definitely recommend it! 🇪🇬❤️

Good and bad
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, and the food was amazing. the pastries most of them were very dry. The shuttle bus runs every hour and stops at 1 PM. I wish they would add another bus because it makes you worry about the time. The housekeeping was extremely respectful. On the last day, during checkout, the man yelled at me, asking why I was still in my room after 12 He spoke very rudely, and I argued with them. It wasn't the best experience for such a beautiful hotel. Mr. Mustafa is highly recommended by everyone, but our experience contradicted what people say. Very rude experience because of mr.mostafa Room nu 1502 Three bedroom suite

Jaz Saraya palms
Amazing place for a family holiday The staff are all friendly and work hard The gardens are immaculate and the food is very good It's not on the beach but about a 10 min walk but a nice walk to get there This hotel isn't lively and party central so don't expect all night entertainment but do expect a relaxing holiday The reception staff are all fluent in other languages so no problem understanding you're requests ! The rooms are huge compared to a standard hotel and well cleaned every day . Jaz Saraya palms is a grown up holiday Best suited to people that just want to relax and get some sun ! Bar staff around the pool (ali) is super attentive and funny and deserves special mention , he is amazing and so are a lot of staff to be fair But don't go there if you want to party It's not that hotel ! It is however a cool Sanctuary for anyone who wants a chilled holiday ! Zzzz Mahmoud (head reception) is also amazing at his job and very helpful The chefs are all brilliant too and funny And all the staff really work hard to make you comfortable!
Highly recommended hotel , but please don't go there as I don't want it to be to popular 🤪
