Amazing family holiday. Service is second to none and our family had the best time
We will be back next year without a doubt. Everyone made this so special for us. Your staff are a credit to your hotel. Everyone had a great time. The people are amazing the foods amazing and your hospitality was amazing. The only hotel for us in Egypt and we will be back next year.
All you need for a great holiday
We travelled with TUI. The hotel is lovely and the staff can’t do enough for you. Mohamed, who kept all nine of us supplied with drinks when poolside was particularly helpful and friendly The facilities are good with plenty of pools, bars, food stations, entertainment and excursions.
Whilst it’s hot the hotel is well set up for this and it never felt too stifling.
A few of our party had dodgy bellies for 12 to 24 hours but nothing too bad.

An amazing family holiday!
We are here now and have absolutely fantastic stay at Jaz Makadi AquaViva in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is spotless, the facilities are excellent, and there's something for everyone to enjoy. What really made our holiday special, though, was the exceptional service from every member of staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely couldn't do enough to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome throughout our holiday.
A special mention has to go to Mohamed, who looked after us around the pool. His service was outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with a smile. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
We'd also like to thank Ibrahim in the restaurant, who provided excellent service throughout our stay, as well as Wael and Khaled, the waiters at nighttime, who were always welcoming, attentive, and made every meal a pleasure. A big thank you as well to Mustafa, our housekeeper, who kept our room immaculate every day and always greeted us with a smile. His attention to detail and hard work were very much appreciated.
Thank you to Mohamed, Ibrahim, Mustafa, Wael, Khaled, and the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. The level of hospitality throughout the hotel was exceptional, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely valued. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jaz Makadi AquaViva to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday with first-class service. We can't wait to return!

Very nice and delicate for all family age
Excellent stay
We are currently staying at Jaz Aquaviva in Hurghada with our family and have had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service has been brilliant, everyone works tirelessly. All of the staff have been friendly, welcoming and helpful, the food has been excellent, and the hotel is kept to a very high standard. The weather has also been amazing, which has made the stay even better, not a cloud in the sky the full time we have been here. A special mention must go to Mustafa, our housekeeper for room 2106, who has done an excellent job throughout our stay. Our room has always been spotless and well looked after. We would also like to give a big shout-out to Ibrahim, our waiter, whose service has been absolutely excellent. He has been friendly, attentive and has helped make our meals even more enjoyable. Another huge thank you goes to Mohamed the pool waiter, who has been fantastic around the pool. His friendly and excellent service have really helped make our holiday extra special. Overall, this has been a fantastic family stay with excellent food, amazing service and brilliant staff. We would happily recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone visiting Hurghada. Thank you to all the staff, especially Mustafa, Ibrahim, Mohamed, Wael and Khaled.
