Amazing resort by JAZ in Makadi
It was the first time for us to visit this hotel/resort in Makadi bay, even though we are a regular guests at Jaz hotels for the past 4 years. The Hotel is very nice, well maintained, the landscaping is very nice. The pool is considered large for the size of the hotel and is clean. The hotel has a very nice wide private beach, which gives guests the opportunity to always find a spot. There are very nice snorkeling spots off the shore;) The service is excellent. JAZ management continues to keep the quality of their brand either on the hotels that are managed by JAZ (like this one) or the ones branded JAZ. The rooms we had (6 rooms) were all very nice(partial sea side view), no complaints, house keeping and maintenance are doing a good job. The food quality /selection is very good/excellent. We've also tried the dinner at the pool restaurant and the beach restaurant and both were very good. There are nice different night entertainment shows. During the day the entertainment and activities might need a bit of a boost. ( We didn't have Young kids, so we can't say much about the kids club..etc. Staff are all very friendly, all with high level of service mindset, so thanks for all the team in the main restaurant and the pool restaurant for all the help. We had a elderly guest on a wheelchair, the hotel is prepared with ramps everywhere till the beach ( also for strollers). The Gym is a bit small and had an issue with the AC, but they did look into it, but in general it's a small one, limited machines don't expect much. Overall an excellent experience and will surely visit again if we come to Makadi Bay
Wonderful Hospitality and experience
Wonderful experience especially the beach and hospitality from front desk, the restaurant and the chef surprises. Moreover the Aqua slides were fabulous and very entertaining. Definitely will come back again.

An Outstanding Family Vacation – Truly One of the Best Resorts in Makadi Bay!
We had an amazing family vacation at Iberotel Makadi Beach by JAZ, and everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until check-out.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and cleanliness throughout the entire resort was exceptional.
The food was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurants were well organized, and the quality and freshness of the food were excellent.
The beach was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with crystal-clear water and plenty of sunbeds available. The swimming pools were also well maintained and perfect for both adults and children.
The atmosphere around the resort was peaceful, elegant, and family-friendly. The entertainment team did a fantastic job with enjoyable activities and evening shows without being intrusive.
The gardens and landscaping were beautifully maintained, making every walk around the resort enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We couldn’t find anything to complain about. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Makadi Bay.
Had an amazing, and relaxing week
Location is best in makadi as it's beachfront and walk to beach is really short, atmosphere was relaxing and nice in the morning, fun and entertaining at night, best night shows honestly, got to see Malibu dance, water ballet, bellydance, and circus show all were soo good. Room was spacious and clean, got room 2210 pool view the view from the room is so good at all times, and room service staff were so nice, clean and trustworthy, ended up forgetting gold rings in the room and got back to find them neatly placed where I can easily find them. Best restaurant is definitely the beach restaurant, in terms of service and staff, loved all the staff, Ibrahim, Mohamed and Thomas, always so nice, warm and delicious food, definitely was our favourite. Didn't like the pool restaurant though, and main restaurant has seasons tbh not amazing everyday, again beach restaurant was best in terms of food tasting and atmosphere. Pool bar, Ahmed is a great server, and pools are spacious and nice, even my 2 years old loved the pool and never wanted to come out. Been to makadi star last summer but ibtrotel was definitely better.
