We are currently staying at this hotel, and overall we have had a very pleasant experience. We hope some of the issues mentioned below can still be improved during our stay. First of all, we would like to thank the entire staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The service throughout the resort is excellent, and the staff clearly work hard to make guests feel comfortable. The food is one of the biggest highlights of this hotel. Every meal is prepared to a very high standard, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also enjoyed the pool bar, where lunch is available either as self-service or served by a waiter. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The beds and bedding are especially comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The house reef is another great advantage. Even at low tide, it is easy to reach both the shallow swimming area and the deeper snorkeling spot via the pier. We also appreciated that life jackets for the sea are available free of charge. The cocktails, especially drinks like Mojito, are very good. The evening shows in the amphitheater attract large crowds and create a nice atmosphere, although they could be longer and more varied. There are, however, a few things that were disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel. The inflatable pool, which is one of the few attractions for children, is open only from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. In the summer season, we find these hours far too limited. In addition, children are required to wear life jackets, but there are not enough for everyone, so the lifeguard often asks children to give them up after a short time for others to use. We also do not understand why the pools close as early as 6:30 p.m. during the hottest time of the year. Another disappointment was breakfast. Coffee and other milk-based dishes are prepared with powdered milk, and even the scrambled eggs appear to be made from powdered eggs. We understand that serving many guests is challenging, but in a five-star hotel certain quality standards should still be maintained. Finally, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the promise of original coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately, we were told the machine is broken, and the coffee is only available at a pool that is quite far from the main area. Overall, we are enjoying our stay and appreciate the effort the staff put into making guests feel welcome. With a few improvements, especially in the children’s facilities, pool opening hours, and breakfast quality, this hotel could offer an even better five-star experience.
The photography man was very rude and we found the sales men quite persistent. I would suggest that a 16 year old should classify as an adult and my suggestion would be that under 12’s should have to be out of the main dining room by 8pm so adults and older children can have a more peaceful meal rather than children running and screaming everywhere. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the relaxing pool. The entertainment was also very good but we were disappointed with padel as we paid extra for this and the grips were falling off, the balls were old and the court surface was coming up and a trip hazard so felt cheated in paying 15 euros!
the hotel itself does not match the price that we have paid for 7 days. the only thing that was good here was the staff especially our room cleaner Alaa. everyone was nice and welcoming. the food was actually boring and not good, kitchen utensils were dirty. the towels that we got from the pool and beach were so seedy.
Very qualitative hôtel in a beautiful place, with good food & friendly staff🤩 It was my 2nd stay at Cleopatra and clearly not the last Special thanks to our room keeper Allah🙏 He did his best to help me with the too hard bed for my body in constant pain😓 Unfortunately even with Allah's help, I had very painful nights😰 That would be the only point I would hope a real improvement for my next stay (possibly in October)🙏 Thank you for your comprehension
Just perfect , room was great all the staff we came across were always happy and polite . The hot is spotlessly clean x
