Wonderful vacation 😊
Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and our room was clean. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff for taking good care of us and meeting our needs. The food was good, especially at Culina restaurant, which was our favorite. The animation team was also entertaining and made our stay more enjoyable. However, the quality of the alcoholic drinks could be better, and there wasn’t much variety in the cocktails. Unfortunately, the check-out experience was disappointing. The receptionist handling our check-out was very rude. He took our room cards and threw them in front of him, then simply said, “It’s okay,” without saying anything else or asking us about our stay or say goodbye. We went back to him to inform him that our luggage was still outside the room and we wanted to ask where the shuttle bus would be picking us up later, he rudely waved us away and directed us to the other side of the reception, telling us to ask one of his colleagues instead. His attitude made us feel as if he didn’t want to speak to us at all.

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort in Marsa Alam is a modern, family-friendly hotel. It features a massive area, numerous pools, a water park, and a coral reef. The rooms are clean, and the food in the themed restaurants is highly diverse. The animation team is fantastic – high-energy, friendly, and never pushy. They organize great sports activities during the day, a mini-disco for kids, and professional evening shows (with Polish animators often available in high season).

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a serious security incident and a severe lapse in guest management during my stay.
Prior to this event, my experience at your property had been positive. However, I was recently subjected to an unwarranted and distressing confrontation by the security personnel at the shisha lounge located on your premises. Despite having settled my bill 30 minutes prior, I was falsely accused of attempting to evade payment and was surrounded by three security staff members in an intimidating manner.
When I brought this matter to the attention of the Service Manager, I was informed that the shisha lounge is operated as an independent third-party vendor. While I acknowledge this operational structure, the hotel remains ultimately responsible for the safety, security, and respectful treatment of guests on its property. Furthermore, my request to lodge an official incident report was met with a dismissive response from your staff, offering no formal documentation or resolution.
This conduct is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my safety and overall experience at your hotel. I request an immediate review of this incident by senior management, a formal written acknowledgment, and an outline of the corrective actions being taken to address both vendor conduct and guest escalation procedures.

We had a really great Time here. Very good equipped hotel, excellent for families, kids enjoyed out stay here so much (but for couples I would also recommend!). And the staff was very nice too. Big thanks!
