Fantastic hotel situated on the shores of the lagoon, the team work very hard to make your holiday memorable nothing is too much , the hotel grounds and rooms are spotless .

Our 2nd trip to Sultan Bey, El Gouna. Last year, this year and we will certainly book again. El Gouna is beautiful and has everything for the perfect holiday. We are not people that like the big all inclusive resorts where you are restricted within your holiday compound. El Gouna has so much to offer restaurants, excursions, bars, shopping, stunning marinas, golf and of course the breathtaking coral reefs for scuba diving or like me just swimming with goggles. Sultan Bey has been our hotel of choice and will continue to be. It is smaller than the other hotels, much more personal and boutique meaning staff quickly become friends which makes holidays so much more memorable. If you stumble across Sultan Bey El Gouna then don’t hesitate to book this glorious, beautiful little gem.

Good hotel
Very good people and very good stuff
A beautiful, tranquil gem
This was our fourth long-stay visit to this truly fabulous, caring boutique hotel. The location is first class overlooking a beautiful lagoon, only a few minutes' walk from Downtown with its shops, bars, restaurants and buzzing night-life. The hotel oozes charm with its authentic buildings and stunning courtyards festooned with bougainvillea. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine and the food never disappointed throughout the entire six weeks. Every single member of the Sultan Bey team is extremely friendly and will bend over backwards to ensure you have the perfect holiday. Especially the wonderful Andrew at reception. This also includes the Integrated Clinic team who run the onsite clinic, particularly Dr Kerolos and nurse Donia. We would really like to take this opportunity to thank you all so much for looking after us so incredibly well and we're really looking forward to seeing youagain next year. THANK YOU ALL!
