Great holiday
A fabulous hotel with the most helpful staff. Very friendly and kind. I love listening to music around the pool but it just seems too much and the hotel has such a chilled out vibe it doesn't seem to mix. Chill out music would have been good in late afternoon. It's full on!

Top notch
We had the most fantastic time at cooks club. Mohammed Ali and Salam were brilliant, food excellent, entertainment top notch, and plenty of activities around the area. Would 100% return and plan to next year.
My stay at Cook’s Club
Very disappointing experience, especially with the Front Desk team. They were extremely unprofessional and rude.
Poor service
Rude reception, poor communication, and an unnecessary issue over a guest’s bag. Service needs improvement.
excellent !
the only little thing : I like music a lot by the pool but around 5 pm it was to loud at my opinion. Should I return next time ? Yes I do ! Everything was excellent :the room, breakfast, the bar....So when I come back to El Gouna I would stay here :)
